Women's Self-Defense Course #2 starts on 26 Feb. The current course will run through 19 Feb with the next one starting the next week. We will send an invitation ("booking") to all NKA members. If the class doesn't apply to you (male or child), then please pass the information to woman who would benefit from the training. The course costs $100 and includes 12-hours of instruction presented in six 2-hour blocks.

REMINDER! NKA closes this Saturday and Monday to observe the Martin Luther King, Jr. Federal Holiday weekend. The NEW SCHEDULE goes into effect on Tuesday, 17 January! Also, we've started using the karate cards, so ensure that you pull your card at the beginning of class so that we can credit your attendance and update your progress.
