Cardio Karate

School Objective: To increase overall physical fitness and improve striking skills

Method: Kicks and punches executed on standing bags. 

Curriculum: NKA offers three cardio karate sessions per week -- Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 11 AM.

Class Structure: Sessions last 60 minutes and consist of ten minute warm-up, 10 three-minute rounds of bag work with one-minute calisthenics between rounds (40 minutes total), followed by a ten-minute cool-down.
