PEEWEE CLASS (3-5 YEAR OLDS).  NKA has started a class for 3-5 year olds.  The class meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30-2:15 PM.  Kerry Kilburn is the principal instructor.  She has several years experience working with this age group.  The class will introduce the younger kids to karate and Gracie jiu-jitsu in preparation for their graduation to the regular kids' classes. 

NKA CUSTOMS, COURTESY, AND RULES.  We've posted the NKA Customs, Courtesy, and Rules in both changing rooms and the waiting area (attached).  We will also email the documents to all students.  The document revises and expands the existing one on the website.  As the school grows, we have more people on the floor and using the facilities, so it's especially important to observe the rules and etiquette in order to ensure all are comfortable and to optimize the training opportunity.  By widely disseminating this document, we seek to ensure that all are aware of customs, courtesy, and rules and to enlist your support in spreading the word and reminding students in violation when necessary.  We assume that no one consciously breaks the rules, so they will appreciate your effort to keep them straight.  See Bill if you have any questions. NKA Customs, Courtesy, and Rules
